Terms and Policies
To be a member, your pet must first complete an initial grooming appointment so our team can determine the correct size category and most suitable membership. Memberships can only be set up by our team to ensure accuracy and proper use. After your pet’s first visit, you may request to enroll at pickup or by giving us a call. All memberships are billed monthly through automatic payments, and a valid card must be kept on file. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitments, and fees are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime by calling our front desk. If a payment fails, your membership will be canceled, and a six-month waiting period will apply before rejoining. Repeated failed or misused memberships may result in permanent ineligibility.
