  • Our business hours are:
    Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    Saturday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    Sunday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    Please note: We close at the time of our last scheduled appointment, so prompt pickup is greatly appreciated.


  • We offer a range of grooming services, including spa baths, mini grooms, and full grooms for dogs of all sizes, as well as specialized grooming packages for cats. We also provide express services like nail trims, ear cleaning, and hygiene trims.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, and offer the option to split payments into four installments with Vagaro Pay Later. Please note that we are a cashless business and do not accept cash payments.

  • The time depends on the service and your pet’s size:

    • Spa baths: ~1–2 hours

    • Mini grooms: ~2–3 hours

    • Full grooms: ~2–5 hours

    We’ll always provide an estimated time when booking.


  • We operate by appointment only to ensure a calm, personalized experience for each pet. However, express services like nail trims and ear cleaning may be available on short notice.

  • Our spa bath includes a shampoo wash, conditioning treatment, ear cleaning, nail trim and file, and a brush-out.

    The mini groom adds a sanitary trim for the face, paws, and hygiene areas.

    The full groom includes everything plus a full-body haircut.

  • Pricing depends on your pet’s size and the service you choose:

    • Spa baths start at $50 for small dogs

    • Mini grooms start at $80 for small dogs

    • Full grooms start at $100 for small dogs

    • Cat services start at $20 for nail trims and go up to $150 for a full groom

  • Yes! Our memberships offer specialized monthly grooming packages at a flat rate, along with discounts on additional services.

  • For safety and to maintain a calm environment, we do not allow pet parents to stay during grooming. But rest assured, your pet is in loving, experienced hands, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the session!

  • Yes, we have experience working with pets who may be nervous or require special handling. Please let us know about any concerns at the time of booking so we can make adjustments to keep your pet as comfortable as possible.

  • We use high-quality, pet-safe shampoos and conditioners that are gentle on the skin and coat. If your pet has allergies or sensitivities, let us know—we have hypoallergenic options available!

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full service fee. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, any deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Same-day appointments may be available, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

  • Yes! Our membership program includes specialized monthly packages of your choice, offering discounts on regular grooming and additional services.
